Joshua H. Marks was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009. He began his legal career with Anderson, Mayfield, Hagan, & Thron, P.A., after graduating law school. His practice encompasses various areas of civil litigation, including premises liability, products liability, and automobile negligence liability. He is an active member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court.
Mr. Marks attended the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and graduated with honors in 2009. In law school, he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy, received awards for academic excellence in Civil Procedure and Legal Drafting, and assisted instruction of courses in Appellate Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing. He was an intern at the United Nations and a legal clerk at Billing, Cochran, Heath, Lyles, Mauro, & Anderson, P.A. Prior to law school, Mr. Marks graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2006, receiving his undergraduate degree in Computer and Information Sciences.
